Students enrolled in Human Resource Management are exposed to the four major areas of Human Resources, including manpower provision, staff upkeep and utilisation, and staff development. The course also provides students with the chance to do in-depth research on labour relations.
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for regulations and procedures relating to employee recruitment and selection. HR officials also oversee employee training and development and guarantee that performance and productivity are maintained and enhanced. HR officers are in charge of fostering positive connections between managers and workers.
The programme will provide aspirants with an exceptional foundation in human resource development, and the knowledge and experience will be integrated to human resource business partners, elearning designers and consultants, performance improvement consultants, strategic hr planning, standard hr practises, labour relations, and productivity management are some of the skills to be emphasised.
